Led by Elyse Marie Yoga, The Ahfis opens its doors for you to join our in-house Vinyasa Flow Yoga Session to relieve stress and anxiety.
In this 45 minute session (approx) we will mindfully integrate movement and breath to take you through a sequence of movements that will be both invigorating and fun! You will be guided through a variety of postures to build strength, endurance and flexibility while connecting the mind with the body.
Aimed at beginners and yoga practitioners of all levels who want to wind down after a hard day of work.

Elyse Marie Yoga has returned to Pittsburgh after working and teaching in NYC Metro Area for the past 8 years. She is known for her encouraging style to help empower her students. She believes if you can breathe, you can do yoga!
Trained at Sonic Yoga NYC, she continues to study with Elizabeth Rossa, Richard Freeman, Mary Taylor, and Sally Kempton.
